A combined mineral sunscreen and tinted moisturiser formulated with filters to protect from harmful UVA, UVB, visible and blue light. Evens skin tone, blurs imperfections and enhances natural radiance for a bare-faced glow.
INGREDIENTS
● Titanium Dioxide: A naturally occurring non-nano mineral filter which protects skin by creating a temporary bond with the top layer deflecting UV radiation (UVA & UVB)
● Iron oxides: Specialist mineral pigments with reflective properties that provide a subtle tint and added protection for the skin from visible and blue light
● Silica (algae): Improves skin’s moisture retention by its ability to bind water and boosts protection from UV light
● Coconut Oil Ethyl Ferulate Esters: boosts UV and antioxidant protection
● Sechium Edule Fruit Extract (Solastemis™): A powerful antioxidant, it acts in the epidermis by protecting from and reducing cellular DNA damage induced by UVA radiation, and boosting its natural DNA repair capabilities
● Cassia Angustifolia Seed Polysaccharide: Botanical alternative to Hyaluronic acid for extra hydration and radiance
● Tamarind Seed Gum: Works in tandem with Glycerin to offer superior hydration
● Glycogen: Significantly increases hydration in the skin, whilst acting to reduce hyperpigmentation
● Raspberry Seed Oil: Protection against free radical damage

As a mineral protector, the consistency may feel slightly thicker than what you may be used to, due to the larger size of mineral filter compounds. Don’t worry, warming the formulation on the back of your hand, and applying it to well-prepped, moisturised skin, will activate the smart mineral formulation to melt into the skin, leaving it feeling nourished, protected and glowing with health.
- When prepping the skin beforehand, allow enough time for your skincare products to settle and absorb, especially in the case of water-based serums.
- We like to apply with fingers but you might find a brush application may be preferable.
- Less is definitely more. You can add more as needed but build up the application gradually.
- Refrain from applying too much product to the skin. Less overzealous rubbing and pressure when applying, instead keeping fingers light and exercising less haste in the application. Take your time and enjoy it.
- Wearing makeup on top could cause pilling due to incompatibility between different combinations of water and oil-based products. We find the best results are to wear Protect with no makeup at all, but this, of course, is a personal choice.
